01 Mission Brief

Supreme Auto North sells strong stock and moves cars on reputation, but online it was invisible: no real website, an inconsistent Google presence, and no way for buyers to browse before driving out. The brief was a storefront that works as hard as the showroom floor.

02 Research

We mapped what local buyers actually search (makes, models, finance, 'near me') and audited competing dealerships. The clearest opportunity was speed and trust: rivals ran heavy, slow template sites, so a fast, credible presence would win the click before the visit.

03 Design Strategy

A search-first layout: inventory legible at a glance, finance and enquiry one tap away, built mobile-first because that's where the buyers are. The palette stays premium and mechanical: deep steel, clean type, real photography of the actual cars, never stock.

04 Development

Custom-built, lightweight front end with no bloated page builder. Semantic markup, Vehicle structured data so listings can surface in search, and imagery compressed to load fast on a phone signal.

05 Performance

Sub-second loads on mobile, clean Core Web Vitals, and a Google Business Profile brought back to life with weekly posts and on-site photography. This is the same profile that logged 144 interactions in a single month.

06 Result

Supreme Auto is risen. It is live on its own domain, sending real enquiries and direction requests to the dealership every week. The showroom finally has an online front that matches the work.

Observations · lessons from this system

The biggest lever wasn't the design. It was structured data and a revived Google Business Profile. Making the dealership legible to search, and answering every review, did more for real foot traffic than any visual flourish. It taught us to treat the profile and the site as one system, and that's now the first thing we set up on any local build.
