01 Mission Brief
A box lives on its community and intensity. The concept needed to radiate energy, show the coaching and the people, and make booking a first session feel like an easy yes.
02 Research
We looked at how gyms convert curiosity into trials. Intimidation is the barrier; belonging is the hook, so the site had to feel welcoming and high-energy at once, with a trial CTA impossible to miss.
03 Design Strategy
Energetic and human: a bold red accent, strong imagery of real training, punchy type and a clear, motivating path to a first class. Intensity that still feels inviting.
04 Development
Custom-developed and responsive, structured for class schedules, coaching and a trial-booking flow, kept fast for on-the-go browsing.

Observations · lessons from this system
The insight here was emotional, not technical: intimidation is the real barrier to a first class, so the site's job is to feel welcoming while still radiating energy. Designing that balance, intense but inviting, changed how we write and frame CTAs for any community-driven business.
