01 Mission Brief
Xtreme Bikes needed a presence with real attitude, one that showcases machines and gear, and turns riders browsing on their phones into walk-ins and enquiries.
02 Research
Riders shop visually and impulsively. We looked at how bike retailers present inventory and found most bury the machines under clutter, so bold imagery and a clear path to enquire became the priority.
03 Design Strategy
Electric and kinetic: a hot orange accent, strong photography of the bikes, punchy type and motion that carries the energy of the ride without tipping into noise.
04 Development
Custom-developed, responsive and quick, with a structure ready to hold a full inventory and parts catalogue as the business grows.

- Inventory-ready
- WebP imagery
05 Performance
Compressed imagery and lean markup keep a visually heavy concept fast and stable on mobile.
06 Result
A demo that gives Xtreme Bikes a front end with the same energy as the showroom floor, ready to rise into a full retail presence.

Observations · lessons from this system
Bold imagery sells bikes, but big images are heavy. Getting the machines to feel enormous while still loading instantly pushed our image pipeline hard, and the responsive-art-direction approach we worked out here (different crops at different sizes) became a default. Energy and speed aren't opposites if you art-direct the payload.
